While some people like to carry around extra batteries or the factory chargers that came with their devices, others just want something small, compact and universal. And Scosche has just the gadget for that. No, in fact, they have two – the superCUBE and superCUBE flip – and they’re 40% smaller than others out there.
Scosche superCUBE is a 12-watt wall adapter for USB powered devices that the company claims is the smallest in its class. It features a single standard USB port, which has a 5V output at 2.4A. So not only will it fast charge most USB powered devices like the iPhone 5S, Samsung Galaxy and most cameras, it also has enough power to charge larger, more power-hungry tablets like the iPad Air.

There’s also a second SuperCUBE model appropriately called superCUBE flip which is quite similar to the previous model. However, it’s just slightly larger but it has foldable power prongs which store flush with the rest of the cube making it more compact to carry and helps avoid those pesky protrusions which have been known to cause tears in pant pockets and women’s purses.

According to the company, both models are designed with intelligent circuitry that enables them to charge gadgets like Android and iOS devices at the fastest possible rate while recognizing the draw and supply necessary to efficiently charge them.
Both Scosche ultra-compact superCUBE (model: USBH121M) and the superCUBE flip (model: USBH121) retail for $19.99 U.S. Right now, they’re both currently available directly from Scosche but you just might see them show up at your favourite retailer at some later date.
